The space is located in the living room area and is separated from the rest of the apartment by a room divider and a wardrobe/shelving unit, creating a private and isolated area. It also has its own window, so it feels similar to a den with natural light.

Rent: $750/month First and last month’s rent required.

The apartment has two cats, so you must be pet-friendly. The home is also cannabis-friendly, so you need to be comfortable with that environment.

I’m 35 years old and live here with my 60-year-old mother. We both work in events, so our schedules are often in the evenings and we may sometimes come home later at night.

The apartment has a very calm, family-oriented atmosphere. We don’t usually have parties, a lot of people coming over, or much noise. It’s generally a peaceful and comfortable place to live.

We also have two female cats who are very calm, affectionate, and friendly, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable living with pets.
