I am searching for a new roommate to share a two-bedroom apartment beginning in October. You would have your own half bathroom and share a full bathroom and common areas.
The apartment is located in the North End. It is fully furnished, cat-friendly, spacious, and has a balcony with a lovely view. The area is very walkable, with a grocery store and amenities 5 minutes away. The rent is approximately $1120 including wifi and utilities.
About the roomies
You would be sharing the space with a quiet, friendly graduate student from Dalhousie. I’m often quite busy with my studies and am either on campus or working from home, but I also like to socialize and get to know the person I’m living with! In my free time, I like to listen to music, watch movies, and explore the city. I really value open communication. I’m looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and ideally a fellow graduate student or professional (women strongly preferred, LGBTQIA+ friendly). The apartment is non-smoking but you can smoke on the balcony.
