My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to rent the house we are living in with us to help with the cost.

We are renting a 4 bedroom house and are looking to rent out one of the bedrooms for 1100$ a month all included. The room is private and all yours as well as your own private bathroom and a large living room for yourself in the basement. We only go down to the basement for the shared laundry room which is seperate from your living room. You’d also have your own fridge in the shared kitchen space. There is also a main living room that can be shared right next to the kitchen.

Couples are welcome but if we accept a couple then I would ask for 1500$ to split everything down the middle between the 4 of us. If its a single person I do not mind covering a bit of the extra cost.

The place does not come furnished. All items in the basement living room belong to our current roomate.

If a sooner move in date is needed, I could speak to our current roomate and see what can be arranged.

I am a hardworking Nurse in charge of careplaning and funding for a long term care home. I am a geek who enjoys video games, card/ board games and live music.

My boyfriend works at a Petstore and also enjoys gaming and reading.

We have 1 dog, A Pug who loves people and we do have a cat that I recently took in so she did not go to a shelter. My boyfriend also has a bird that stays in his Game Room.
