Master room with its own PRIVATE bathroom, in a shared 4-bedroom apartment at 811 Helmcken Street, Downtown Vancouver (Yaletown). It is the only room in the apartment with an ensuite - you never share it, never wait for it, never plan around anyone else’s shower.

THE ROOM Fully furnished: queen bed, dark wood dresser, mirrored closet, desk and chair. Corner windows with two exposures, so it is bright from morning to evening, with a city view. Single occupancy.

THE HOME Fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher, oven, microwave, everything you need from day one. Large shared living room. Laundry inside the apartment. Three housemates, mixed gender, all working full time, clean and respectful. A cleaner comes every month and it is already in the price, so nobody argues about a chore rota.

THE BUILDING Gym and sauna in the building. Yaletown restaurants and cafes at the door, groceries around the corner, SkyTrain and the Seawall a short walk away.

COSTS $1,540/month rent + $50/month cleaning fee = $1,590/month total, all utilities and Wi-Fi included. One-time move-in fee of $50. No hidden monthly costs - $1,590 is what you pay.
