The available private bedroom is bright and airy with a large window, boasting plenty of storage with two generous closets. The monthly rent is a great value, including a dedicated parking spot and all utilities except for electricity (hydro), which will be split evenly 50/50 each month. The location is incredibly convenient, situated close to major bus routes for easy commuting. The common kitchen and bathroom space are shared in a quiet and comfortable living environment. The street is quiet and super friendly.

We are a duo of one human and one very large, sweet cat! I am a 22-year-old carpentry apprentice who loves to stay active, frequently heading out to hit the gym, go for scenic motorcycle rides, or spend time out on the town. When I am at home, I really value a quiet, comfortable, and tidy environment where I can unwind, read, and relax. Joining me is my friendly 1-year-old Maine Coon cross named Prince. He is incredibly affectionate and well-behaved, though because he is a big, furry presence who loves being part of the household, the space is definitely best suited for someone who genuinely loves cats. We are both very respectful of shared spaces and are looking for a clean, like-minded roommate who appreciates a balanced, relaxed, and comfortable home environment!
