It is a heritage qualified house in New Westminster. Keep that in mind as it was not necessarily designed with modern living in mind but it has its charms. The owner lives right next door thou which has its perks too. It is 7 blocks from the 22nd street sky train station in New West but half a block from a bus stop as well. There is street parking available for one vehicle. The room is on the main floor. Two tenants live upstairs and 1 in the basement.

I am a 54 year old self employed bookkeeper with a completely flexible schedule. My only dietary restrictions are lactose and I have a -2 spice tolerance. I do eat meat but am ok with you not. I do have an instant pot and an air fryer along with a microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, toaster and an oven but the oven hasn’t been used in 6 years. There is a small deck with a BBQ. We have access to a small lot where I have had success growing radishes, carrots, garlic, beans, beets, and turnips.
