Spacious and comfortable house in Sunnyside, one of Calgary’s most convenient inner-city neighbourhoods. The house has a large shared kitchen, living areas, laundry, patio and plenty of space. We’re only about a 5-minute walk from Sunnyside CTrain Station and right by the Peace Bridge, with easy access to downtown, Kensington, the river, grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. The neighbourhood is quiet, walkable and very well connected.

We’re working adults who are respectful, friendly and easygoing. We like to keep the house clean and peaceful and respect everyone’s privacy. Looking for someone responsible, clean and considerate who will be a good fit for the house
