Hi girls! I’m moving out of Ottawa and am putting my place up for rent. It’s a 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment in SoHo Italia. Bedroom is an ensuite. Looking for a female tenant, preferably a young professional or mature student. You’ll be living with another girl and a cat. I can leave the furniture (bed frame, mattress, and desk) for an additional cost. Unit has a large balcony (see photo/drawing for reference. We have a large patio set and can store additional items on balcony - e.g I store my bike there. Rent is $1290. Wifi is $66 a month - split between you and a roommate it’s $33 each. Utilities not included. I find they’re usually $80-120 a month per person. Rent + wifi + utilities = $1400/month Available Oct
