🐱 ABOUT THE HOUSEMATES

Ashley (me) — I work in luxury retail and am out of the house most of the day. I’m quiet, clean, respectful of personal space and definitely a neat freak 😂. I also love cooking. You’ll be meeting my little guy Fish 🐱 — a 1-year-old, super soft, friendly cat who prefers to be the only pet in the house.

Rahul — works from home in tech. He’s around the house most of the time, very clean, respectful and easygoing.

There are also 2 other young professionals living in the house.

We’re looking for someone who is: ✨ Clean & responsible ✨ Quiet and respectful ✨ Drama-free ✨ Working or studying ✨ Comfortable living with a cat ✨ Ideally in their 20s–30s ✨ Not looking to host parties or smoke indoors

We’re friendly and social, but we also really value peace, privacy and personal space.

🧹 CLEANING

We have a shared cleaning schedule to keep the common areas organized. There are weekly and monthly tasks, so everyone contributes and the house stays clean.

Utilities + internet are split between everyone and are approximately $70–80/month per person.
