Clean, good size room with a closet. Across the hall is your own bathroom. The kitchen and living area is large and open concept. There’s plenty of space for parking, a nice backyard, and deck. The property is beautiful and private, in a small and quiet neighbourhood located minutes from Hwy 11, between Bracebridge and Huntsville. Utilities are included. Fibre internet!

About the roomies

I work full-time, 2 days a week are from home. I spend most of my free time at home working on my garden and landscape, watching tv/movies, and sometimes playing video games. 420 friendly, outside only. I’m neat, orderly, respectful and friendly.
