About the room

Great location on the bus route in Point Edward. A 166 year old home Riverview, across from the Waterfront park, on the trail system. Room is on the 2nd floor of the house, parking spot in driveway available, utilities and internet included. Similar to hotel suite, 4 piece bath, furnished with bedroom, small living space, coffee maker, a fridge, and microwave.

About the roomies

No other roomies , just me the home owner and my 10 year old dog Betty. My home is a clean, comfortable and safe. I have a beautiful patio with lots of gardens. I am semi retired, and looking for a quiet serious student or a business person doing contract work.
