I am looking for a roommate in a two bedroom one bathroom downstairs unit of a house.

first front closet with a crawl space is empty for use, separate freezer drawer and half of fridge, cupboard spaces, shelf of bathroom cupboard.

laundry room is shared with upstairs tenants with scheduled days.

street side parking available as well as one spot in driveway.

Close to bus stops and grocery stores.

I have lived in this unit for 3 years now, I am ideally looking for someone in my age range of 20’s to early 30’s.

I am a 22 year old trans man, I am a artist, traditional and digital are my main mediums, I play video games and my favorite types of games are rouge-likes, sandboxes, and hack and slashes. I also like playing D&D. sharing interests is a plus but not a requirement into being roommates, I have social anxiety so having something in common helps.
