I’m a 29-year-old civil engineer working downtown. I live in a two-bedroom apartment being advertised here, occupying one room and renting out the other. I appreciate maintaining a tidy and respectful living space while enjoying some social interactions when we cross paths. Overall, it’s a comfortable setup that balances my work life with the convenience of living in a shared space.
