The room is UNFURNISHED in a newly renovated house (2025) with new fixtures and appliances.
W/D, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge, stove with oven) shared with 2 other roommates.
Great location: the house is really close to downtown but in a quiet leafy, neighborhood. 15 mins walk to Superstore on Quinpool Rd. 2 mins walk to Dalhousie Studley Campus. 15 mins walk to Sexton Campus and Downtown Halifax. Very close to useful bus routes including #1, #8, #4, #9.
About the roomies
In the Fall, there will be only one other person (male) living in the house. He is a 2nd year accounting student at Dalhousie, and a well-mannered and friendly guy.
In the Spring, it will be myself and a different friend, both male. We are both 4th year architecture students (on a co-op term this Fall). We are likewise well-mannered and outgoing. We don’t do parties or play loud music.
