About the room

The building was built in late 2020 and is located near the Moncton City Hospital. The apartment is furnished, but the rented bedroom is not. There is a balcony as well. The building is relatively quiet.

It is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a large living room/kitchen area. There are three closets in the shared spaces, as well as a closet in the bedroom for rent. The apartment has in-unit laundry (washer and dryer) and a small storage room.

About the roomies

I’m 33 years old and work from home full-time during regular business hours. Ideally, I’m looking for a roommate for 6-12 months, but I’m flexible on the length of time. I’d prefer the person renting the room to be single, as I wouldn’t want to regularly have a third person in the apartment.
