The room is furnished, and the entire condo is fully furnished, so you won’t have to worry about bringing/buying much. Rent is $1,200/month with utilities included.

A little about me: I’m 19 and a McGill 2nd year student studying Psychology and Philosophy. Outside of school, I’m really into making art, writing poetry, reading, thrifting and fashion, and I’m always listening to music, especially classic rock. I love anything creative and a little nostalgic, and I’m the type of person who enjoys making a space feel cozy and personal.

I’m pretty easygoing, clean living and respectful, and I really appreciate having a comfortable and peaceful home and someone who shares these values. I’d love to have a roommate who I can actually be friends with, whether that means chatting in the kitchen, getting coffee or food together, watching something, or occasionally doing our own thing in the same room. At the same time, I definitely value having our own space and respecting each other’s privacy and routines.
