About the room

This house is super beautiful but also older and a bit quirky. Great neighbourhood, quiet suburban feeling but close to shops and restaurants. Room has a beautiful view but I close to the kitchen so can definitely hear when someone is cooking etc. House has lots of areas to hang out so everyone can have their own space. There are a couple of buses quite close that go direct to u of c and SAIT.

About the roomies

I’m pretty social but also very busy! I work as an artist and have a weird work schedule but am also out quite a bit. Would love someone with a fairly routine schedule so I can have time to work on projects at home. I like things clean but am not too uptight about being too ‘tidy’ I think students or people new to the city would be a great fit. Applicants must love Bobby (pictured)
