• Must be clean, neat, and respectful of shared spaces. 


• Non-smoker/non-vaper (strict policy due to severe allergies). 


• Daily tasks like taking out the garbage/recycling and indoor tidying are a shared responsibility (with mutual flexibility if you are away!). 


• Note: No additional pets, please.
