I’m looking for a female roommate in her 30s or 40s to share my 3-bedroom, 1-bath heritage home just south of downtown Kelowna, starting October 1st.

I’m not really looking to just rent out a bedroom to someone. I’d love to find the right person to actually share a home with. Someone who’s down to make dinner together once in a while, have a coffee, have a good laugh and life chats, maybe watch a show, but also totally comfortable doing our own thing. Basically, I’d like my home to feel like a home, not two strangers living behind separate bedroom doors. 🩷

A little about me: I’m 38, originally from Saskatoon, and I’m a woodcarving artist, and I also work in the service industry. Outside of work, I’m usually carving something, hiking or climbing a mountain with Bella-May, doing yoga, cooking up delicious food, or hanging out with my family and friends. I’m pretty social and community is really important to me, but I also really value my alone time to recharge and fill my cup.

And then there’s Bella-May 🐾 my 2-year-old tri Australian Shepherd who is basically my shadow. She’s very well trained and very sweet, so being a genuine dog person is a must!

I guess what I’m hoping to find is someone who could potentially become a friend, I think there’s something really nice about coming home and genuinely liking the person you live with. 🥰

I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate, responsible, financially reliable, health-conscious (not a big drinker). I’m definitely not looking for a party house or someone who has people constantly coming and going. Just a good woman with a good heart, her own life, and a similar idea of what makes a home feel safe and happy. 🩷
