The room is located on Dundas and Trafalgar, minutes away from a plaza that has everything you would need - Walmart, Goodlife, Dollarama etc. It is a modern condo and the living room is furnished, it also comes with your own parking spot included in the price. My current roommate is moving out so I am looking for a replacement!
