I have a cosy 2 bedroom apartment in Little Italy. There are two private bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and shared kitchen. The shared kitchen is the only common space, there is no living room. Floor is on the upper level of a house, with a patio out front.

Room fits a double bed, a desk and a night table. Includes a decent size closet with a crawl space for storage.

Internet and utilities included. Laundry in basement with limited access.
