I have a cosy 2 bedroom apartment in Little Italy. There are two private bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and shared kitchen. The shared kitchen is the only common space, there is no living room. Floor is on the upper level of a house, with a patio out front.
Room fits a double bed, a desk and a night table. Includes a decent size closet with a crawl space for storage.
Internet and utilities included. Laundry in basement with limited access.

I am a very chill and creative person who is a former extrovert and now introvert. Friendly chats in passing are welcome but my roommate and I do live separate lives. We respect each other’s privacy and get along great.
I spend my free time at the gym, working on art projects and cooking just about everything.
In the summertime I have a contract where I work outside the house and in the winter I work from home.
