Hello! we have a couple of private rooms available to start now if you are looking for something in the Burnaby Holdom area. We are close to Holdom skytrain and Brentwood mall. Laundry at home. Big patio and garden to enjoy. If you study or work remotely we have study and work stations set up around the house so you don’t need to stay in your room all the time. The place is furnished. No pets. There are parks, resturants and grocery stores near by. We are close to BCIT Burnaby campus one skytrain station and a short bus ride away. We are three stations away from Production way where you catch the bus to go to SFU Burnaby campus. We are 2 stations away from Gilmore station where you catch bus #28 to go to Capilano University. There is transit to get home 24/7 as there is skytrain, buses and night buses N9 and N35 that go near the house. Rent for the private room is $950 includes utilities. Deposit it $475. Ideal place for students, young profesionals, participants of the working holiday program, English language students or i you work full time. If you would like more info PM me for more details.
