Renting the second bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment at College and Spadina, one of the most central spots downtown. The College and Spadina streetcar stops are directly outside the building, so you have the 506 and 510 at your door and can get anywhere in the city without transferring. It’s an 8 to 10 minute walk to U of T St. George, and Kensington Market, Chinatown, Little Italy and Queen West are all walkable. Groceries, cafes, restaurants and everything you need day to day are right there.

The room is unfurnished, so bring your own bed and furniture. It fits a twin comfortably and a queen will also fit if you’d rather. Being upfront so nobody wastes a trip: the room has no window. The bathroom is shared with me. Coin laundry in the building. No parking, A/C or dishwasher, and no pets allowed.

Rent is $906 a month, plus a flat $50 for hydro and internet, so $956 all in with no metered bills or surprises. First and last month’s rent. Taking over the existing lease, which runs to the end of August 2027.
