Hi! I’m looking for female roommates to join me in a 3-bed 2-bath newly-renovated basement unit. Students and working professionals are welcome.

Here are the details:

• Separate entrance
• In-suite laundry
• Bedroom 1: $600 + utilities, private bedroom with closet
• Bedroom 2: $600 + utilities, private bedroom with closet
• Bedroom 3: $1200 + utilities, essentially a suite containing a master bedroom, an adjacent room that can be a tiny living room or bedroom, a full bathroom, and a closet. Can be shared with a 4th roommate.
• First bathroom is located in the main living area and shared between 2 roommates
• Second bathroom is in the master bedroom
• Kitchen is shared between all roommates
• Utilities are divided between all roommates

Located close to:

• Guildwood Go Station

Seeking clean, respectful, and easygoing roommates. I’d like to be friends while respecting each other’s privacy. During our downtime I’d love to hang out, explore the city, and make the most of our time together :)

*Muslim roommates preferred, but open to anyone as long as you’re respectful
