Furnished room on the first floor of the house ,costs 800$ a month for female (female roommates). Location St. Clair West and Dufferin Street. No key deposit needed. No payment needed for electricity, water, heating/cooling in your room. Unlimited free Wifi. The room includes a bed, closet, mirror, desk, chair. It is private, not shared. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, electric kettle. Close to the shops and the transportation: minutes walk to street car/bus station, Wireless internet and utilities are free of charge. Looking for single female students/ working visa with a 3 months lease minimum who are clean, quiet and responsible. No parking. Kindly be ready to pay the first and last month payments.
