Nearby is Clarkson Community centre that offers a library, pool, arena and gym. Adjacent is Park Royal Plaza that offers grocery store, dry cleaners, doctors and dentist offices, Truscott Italian bakery & cafe, Beer Store and an electronics store. Nearby bus stops offer quick access to Clarkson Go station.

I work from home and also teach as an Adjunct Business Professor. Over the years, I have hosted many international guests, entrepreneurs, and students. We share some great conversations on topics of mutual interest. We share meals and celebrations on birthdays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter and holiday long-weekends . Currently I have one gentleman staying with me the past 4 years.
