About the room

We have a room available in our shared duplex near St. Clair and Dufferin. We like to keep the house warm, clean, and inviting. Area is quiet, full of great Italian and Latin American food, and access to the St. Clair streetcar means getting around is so easy!

Room is unfurnished. Coin operated washer/dryer on site ($2/load). Approximately additional $50/month for share of internet, tenant insurance, and hydro.

About the roomies

Myself (27M) and my roommate Emma (26F) both work full-time and are musicians in our free time. We’re both progressives, wanting to keep our house a safe space for fellow artists and queer folks!

We’re both pretty quiet people, cook often in the kitchen, Emma loves to garden in her spare time and I’m a big reader.
