The house is within walking distance to University of Alberta campus, shopping centers, the ravine, and the train station. The room offers a loft that creates two separate sections and allows for you to feel like you have more space. The bathroom is within the room which allows for privacy. The kitchen and entire property was recently renovated as well. There is street parking with the city or a designated parking spot at the rear of the building for an additional $50/month.
Please reach out if you are interested.
The roommates living in the house currently are 3 girls who are all students. The room is shared so there will be 1 other girl sharing the room but the style of the room provides a lot of privacy. The house has rules as well such as quiet hours and overall respect that creates a better space. Looking for a great place to move and build connections with other girls feel free to move in here!
