Private bedroom available in a relaxed, social house. You can choose from the available bedrooms, and whichever you choose would be your private space. Open to an individual or potentially a couple/partners sharing the room.

Shared spaces include the kitchen, living areas, bathroom, parking, 2 sheds, and a backyard with patio and firepit. There’s also an art desk and small recording/jam space; fun for musicians (Electric drum kit - considerably more neighbour-friendly than an acoustic drum kit). 

Two dogs live here, and kids are around sometimes, so being comfortable with both is important. Cannabis is occasionally enjoyed outside, but not around the kids.

I’m hoping for something a little more socially compatible than the classic “we share a fridge and avoid eye contact” roommate arrangement, while still respecting everyone’s privacy and independence.

Rent can be flexible for the right fit. Mostly interested in finding someone who will genuinely enjoy living here and be a good addition to the household.

I’m a nurse, musician, dad (kid primarily lives with mom), and moderately social. I’m poly/ENM and partnered, so partners and friends are sometimes around, although they don’t live here. I’m also learning Niitsipowahsin (Blackfoot), so bonus if that’s an interest.

I like having a home that feels lived-in: music, friends, backyard fires, occasional shared meals and good conversations. At the same time, I value privacy, independence, and everyone being able to retreat to their own space and do their own thing.

I’m looking for someone friendly, reasonably responsible, good with dogs and kids, and comfortable living in a poly/ENM-friendly household. You absolutely do not need to participate in polyamory yourself; your housing has nothing to do with anyone’s romantic or sexual relationships.

Ideally, we’d actually enjoy being housemates rather than just happen to occupy the same building.
