Entire apartment is approx. 520 sq. ft. with easy access to campus, public transit, grocery stores, and bars/restaurants. On-site laundry and gym. Required documents include proof of employment, 3 most recent pay stubs, copy of your credit report, and government-issued ID. This is a 12 month lease assignment. If you are looking for a shorter stay then let me know and we can discuss!
