Situated on a quiet street in the Beaches, this house is less than a km from the beach and is steps from Queen Street amenities, such as TTC, grocery store, cafes, restaurants and more. The room is located in a newly renovated, high ceiling basement and also included in your space is a den plus 3-piece bathroom. Laundry and kitchen are shared. I have one respectful adult daughter, her 1 year old annd our dog, and we are generally quiet from 9 pm to 8 am. This bedroom is part of a large luxury renovated semi-detached home. Permit parking is available on the street. Ideally looking for a female who is quiet and personable. Tenancy would be until May 1st, with option to extend, with a minimum of two months notice from me in terms of any changes. Open to move-in part way through the month; rent would be prorated. Note that furnishings include the bed with 6 drawers under frame, couch, cabinet, tv, one set of drawers in living room and 2 chairs as seen in the den area. NO smoking or cannabis. You would also have use of the backyard.

Myself, a recently retired teacher, my adult daughter, her 1 year old and our dog Buddy! 😃 We are all very kind and considerate.
