We’re looking for a reliable tenant to rent our cozy two-bedroom basement in North Oshawa. The space is fully furnished, making it perfect for students or working professionals. Please note that we have a no-pet and no-smoking policy. We’re planning to add a separate entrance early 2027, and we’re excited to find the right person. Free wifi and hydro. No parking. water 30% (water bill is every 3months.

I work as a Case Supervisor with the City of Toronto, and my wife is a Nurse. We are a quiet, responsible family of five. We have three children; our eldest is heading to university this Fall, and our two younger children are in school. We are respectful Landlord who take excellent care of our home, and we are looking for a responsible and stable tenant.
