6th-floor unit is very spacious, cozy, and filled with plants, it’s a calm and charming space to be in. The room is well-sized and features a wide window, with remarkable views of North Van. The shared bathroom includes storage, and the bedroom has a wide closet with extra storage space. There is also a nice balcony, with gorgeous views of the surrounding area.

10min walk to both Holdom and Brentwood Skytrain Stations. Below are some great places by Brentwood Station. -Starbucks -McDonalds -Sephora -Urban Outfitters +More Shops and Cafes

SFU is one train stop away from Holdom + an R5 Rapid Bus.

*If you have a car, there is a parking spot included with the room for a 70$ monthly fee + rent. *Wi-Fi - 50$ a month *Unit does not come with in-suite laundry > it is 2$ per washer and dryer. Easy to use, located on the basement level.

I love this property because it has stunning views in the summer, and the windows are large, letting in a lot of nice natural light.
