We offer one room on the main floor of a two bedroom unit. There are a total of six units in this historic house. All residences are cohesive and very friendly. Along with the room you will have access to the entire main floor including: kitchen, bathroom, back deck and backyard. Located just north of Bathurst and Bloor (between Bloor and Dupont), up to 10min walk to Bathurst and Dupont stations. There are couple grocery stores in the neighbourhood. Rent is $600 plus utilities: heat, hydro, water and internet. The bedroom is furnished with double bed, table, chair and open wardrobe. Some furniture is left from previous housemates so you are welcome change it and adapt your room to your needs. There is a single bed. Apply with a brief blurb about yourself.

We are looking for a creative, responsible and friendly housemate. We are couple/musicians live in upper loft-style room; our room is not situated above main floor room. We are seeking someone that understands the nature of a creative environment. Jurgita wroks at the pottery studio, Matti is full time musician. We both have a and together so we rehearse everyday. We love cooking and growing chilli peppers.
