This is a furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with full amenities. The available bathroom is not ensuite, but it would be for your private use. The bedroom furniture can also be removed if you prefer to bring your own.
Most of the apartment is shared, including a large furnished balcony. The only exception is my workspace, which is a small den open to the main living area. Open to removing any furniture in the area

I’m looking for a clean, quiet, professional female roommate, preferably between 20 and 35, who is also comfortable living with a cat. Cleanliness, consideration, and respecting each other’s quiet time are the only requirements.
