This home has been open to availabilities and referrals for over thirty-five years. Located in a family and student friendly neighbourhood. The bedroom rentals have worked well for students who are in need of a quiet good nights sleep close to the university campuses.

Again, this is a family home. We have 2 bedrooms that we rent to students. The washroom and kitchen are shared with 3 other people, including myself, a family member. I am an ongoing student who works from home. The other tenant who is sharing the space is a university student, working on his masters. The first floor is occupied by my family with their own separate washroom and kitchen. We all use the same entrance. The students who stay here have a great deal of quiet and privacy.
