Hello! I’m looking for a new roommate to share the 3 bedroom upstairs unit in a duplex in Strathcona. $800 + utilities, which are split with the downstairs tenants. Close to Whyte Ave and U of A as well as Mill Creek ravine. Includes shared laundry and a fenced in backyard. The master bedroom is available with street parking (we can make arrangements when we need to plug our cars in), and we can split the space in the office. No dogs or cats - I have a pet parrot, so a second bird or other small exotic animal may be welcome (with landlord approval). Non-smoking, quiet home. I like my space, but I do want to find a roommate to vibe with and cook the odd meal with. Let me know if you’d like to view the space!
