Amazing location because it’s in a safe neighbourhood, surrounded by all the stores you need within walking distance, and is very accessible to transportation whether you drive or take the public transit (it’s located near highways 401&404, and public transit stops/stations are just minutes away).

The apartment consists of 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 den, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 1 balcony. I’m looking to rent out either the den or living room, or ideally both. So you will either have me as your sole roommate, or me and someone else (feel free to bring another person with you). We will have a shared kitchen and bathroom and balcony.

The rent including all bills and internet is $500 for the den and $750 for the living, or $1250 for both together.

The whole apartment is very clean and organized, as that is the type of person I am myself.
