About the room

Please note you must contact only by email as the Pixel phone blocks unknown numbers. Looking for one Lakehead University STUDENT only, one that is responsible, respectful, reasonably quiet, and clean. Room can be offered unfurnished or furnished as it is now but you will need to bring a bed and bedding. Rules are: no pets, smoking/vaping/recreational drugs, perfumes/scented aerosols as the indoor cat has allergies. Shared rooms with one person: kitchen, bathroom, laundry. Seeking someone that cleans up each time after using shared rooms. Parking is at the back of the condo townhouse complex, 3 bus routes directly out the front door.
