The bedroom is in the basement which is a bit cool, it’s a large bedroom and the biggest one in the house. Downstairs is a family room with the TV which is rarely used. The laundry is also downstairs as is a separate bathroom with a shower. there also a mini fridge downstairs for you to use. There is Security on the house with a security code for the door.

My cats and I are the only ones living here. You would need to always be extremely careful they do not get out on you because they’re very fast. The rent would include shared supper so that we’re not competing in the kitchen or not having enough pots LOL. We could take turns cooking and I would pay for suppers and whoever is cooking gets to decide what’s for supper. I can’t eat anything really spicy though or raw onions.

And you would be responsible for cleaning up the basement areas and picking up after yourself. I would deduct rent if somebody can help me out a bit here because I do have troubles because of my foot. Pets are negotiable as long as they get along with mine, they don’t make messes, and you pay a yearly pet fee.

Proof of renters insurance will also be required for my insurance.
