Private room Apartment located in Scarborough, Toronto, 5 minutes close to the Eglinton and Guildwood Go station, close to Banks, Kennedy TTC station, Grocery shops, Supermarkets ETC. A very quiet apartment with great view out the balcony.Room also has a King sized bed, TV and closets. Also a great living room too. All bills from internet, Electricity, Laundry etc are part of the rent except parking which is $50

About the roomies

I’m Niko, 23, Tennis Coach and Student. I’m an Introvert but I have a great energy. I work like 4-5 times a week, so I’m not usually home, I always mind my business too. I’m very neat. Note : I have my own personal room , so we are basically housemates, not roommates, but bathroom and kitchen is shared.
