Available October 1st (potentially earlier).

Room is $980 per month all utilities and wifi included. Damage deposit is $415. Lots of closet space in the room.

In suite laundry and dryer.

The room will be furnished with the bed and side table… person moving out is likely to sell the desk and chair (unless you wanted to purchase it :)).

Shared bathroom with 1 friendly. individual. (I have my own toilet so I’d only use the bathroom to shower).

Huge kitchen, huge living area, large patio area out the back that gets a lot of sun. Balcony patio at the front side of the house too. Lots of space and storage in the house. House gets a lot of natural light too which is nice.

You’d be sharing the house with myself and 1 other male. We both work full time and spent a lot of time in our rooms/outside so it’s usually fairly quiet.

Not a party house.

1 small kitten living here too.

The lease is month to month but Ideally looking for someone to stick around minimum of 6 months.

Easy bus routes to SFU and Metrotown and train to Vancouver is pretty easy too.

Street parking available.

Just myself (from England) and Pablo (from Mexico). Both work full time and are quiet, clean, friendly people.
