The room is a good size and is located on the second floor. The townhouse itself is really nice and modern, with three floors so there’s lots of space and it doesn’t feel cramped. It has a spacious kitchen and living area, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, in-unit laundry, central A/C and heating, and lots of natural light. There are 2 bathrooms shared between the 3 bedrooms, and parking is also available. The area is really nice and quiet, with trails nearby, and it’s also close to Western, Masonville mall , grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities. Currently, there are two other girls living in the townhouse who are both going into their second year at Western University. I’m transferring universities, so we’re looking for someone to take my room! We’re pretty easygoing, we like being social, but we also respect each other’s space and quiet time and additionally prioritize our schooling. Whether you’re looking for new friends or just want to coexist and have a comfortable place to live, we’re happy with either!
