Beautiful, clean and well-maintained owner-occupied home in West Mississauga, conveniently located near Britannia Rd W & Erin Mills Pkwy. A private room is available for one occupant. You will be sharing the home only with the male landlord/homeowner. The kitchen, bathroom and common areas are shared with the landlord. The landlord lives at the property but travels frequently, so there will often be additional privacy in the home. When the landlord is away, good communication is important, and the occupant must be comfortable communicating by WhatsApp or email regarding maintenance concerns or anything requiring attention. Working professionals and responsible students are welcome. The ideal person has a regular work or school schedule, is clean, responsible, independent and respectful of the home and shared facilities. Included: private bedroom, one driveway parking space, Wi-Fi, utilities with reasonable residential use, shared kitchen and bathroom, laundry access and designated common areas. The room is available on a month-to-month arrangement. This is a quiet and peaceful home — not a party house. No smoking or recreational drugs inside the home. The occupant is expected to clean up after themselves, respect reasonable quiet hours, use utilities responsibly and treat the property as their home. Proof of employment/income or student enrollment, identification and references may be requested as part of the screening process.
