About the room

This is a brand new townhouse. One bathroom adjacent to your room. It is hardly used by other people. Students are welcome. All utilities included. Laundry not after 9pm, no partying and preferably someone quiet, that doesn’t bring friends over unless approved. There is a large closet, TV, alarm clock and your own set of towels you can use.

There are two rooms available right now. I am only renting one out at the moment, so you have your pick and mostly your own bathroom. My Son has his own and so do I.

Just myself and my 18 year old Son. There is a dog and cat living here. They are both very sweet.
