Hi! My name is Hannah and I’m looking for a roommate to move into the place I’m currently staying at. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bath garden suite located at 20th and Valley Drive. It is fully furnished and a 20 min bus to UBC either through the 25 or 33. More details about the place: • 20 minute bus to campus - 33 or 25 • 20 minute bus to downtown - 16 or 2 • Walking distance to Choices Market and Loblaws City Market for groceries, however, you can bus 5 minutes to Safeway • Rent is $1450 per month including utilities.

I’m going into my 4th year in Computer Science at UBC and I’m hoping to move in with someone who is clean, outgoing, and is communicative. I spend a lot of my time on campus and when I’m home, I tend to watch tv, read, or will sometimes have friends over. I love being friends with my roommate and I hope whoever ends up living with me shares the same sentiment!
