About the room

Property is in the heart of downtown near many restaurants and shops. Transit is always nearby. Room has a door to exit through the back of the building. Kitchen has an oven, microwave, washer and dryer as well :) Great for students or anyone with a busy life style. Rent is split 3 ways 855 a month plus hydro and internet.

About the roomies

We are two girls living together looking for a third room mate ideally October 1st as our other roomie is moving out. I am normally home but pretty quiet and like to keep things clean and respectful, I do have a very well behaved dog here as well. My room mate is often out at work but otherwise is in her room most times. We enjoy watching shows and playing games, are friendly and like to communicate. Ideally looking for other LGBT+ people to move in.
