Large furnished private en-suite bedroom with walk-in closet and an exceptional 100 sq. foot south facing balcony in the heart of Steveston. This non-smoking condo is on the 2nd floor with key-less front door entry and intercom. Rent includes WiFi, utilities, cable, shared laundry, full bedding and towels. Bus stops are a 2 min. walk away. A desk can be added to your bedroom and a mini-fridge can be added to your balcony. Use of kitchen is negotiable with renter.
