About the room

Hello. I’m out of town for 2months and looking to sub lease my room at my apartment. It’s a 4bedroom, 3 bathroom, brand new place, and so, you will have roommates. I shall leave my furniture and everything as is, so, you don’t have to worry. It’s a plug and play. You will have storage space too to put your stuff. It is a temporary lease, for October and November, anyone is welcome to apply. It’s $600 is the rent, and utilities are not included(usually $50 including wifi, fortis and hydro). It varies. Parking is secure in front of the building. Just a 2min walk to downtown. If anyone’s interested, hit me up. Please be clean.
