Your own private bedroom and bathroom in this spacious FEMALE ONLY 3 bed 3 bath beautiful top floor unit on the Annex/Yorkville border. Bed and dresser included! A 5 minute walk from St. George station. Close to everything and such a safe quiet pretty neighbourhood.

The living room is double the size of the photos, just avoided the other half as it’s full of unpacked moving bins right now lol. There is a HUGE backyard, small balcony, and larger balcony deck all available with the unit. There is also laundry in the basement. No bedrooms share walls with each other or neighbours, so even more privacy.

The unit was stripped down to the beams and fully renovated. Renovations finished August 1 and we moved in. So almost brand new everything - toilets, bathtub, vanity, sink, and kitchen anppliances - even the walls and flooring in the available bedroom is new. They’ll be renovating the common spaces/lobby in the near future as well.

Our current roomie (who moved with me from our last place) has to leave the country due to visa issues so that is why this lovely home has opened up. Also note that we just moved in so still looking for a couch and some furniture pieces to complete the living room!

First and last, proof of employment/income, rental application submission, and ID required. NO DOGS OR CATS.

We are 2 female young professionals in their mid to late 20s. We are friendly, respectful, and most importantly VERY CLEAN. If you are not ok with chores and cleaning common spaces weekly this will not be the place for you. We like to chat and hang out together and get along really well. I am the sole leaseholder and everyone else signs a room rental agreement but still has to submit all required paperwork to property management.
